  • Today's assignment:

1. Open your student's book on page 83. Read the travel site about Seaworld. Answer the following questions in your notebook.
-Where is the park?
-What type of park is it?
-Are all reviews from previous visitors positive?
2. Exercise 2:
-What are FAQs? (Check it out in an online dictionary)
-Match the questions with the answers.
-Complete exercise 3 (You need to find the answers online)

Recordad que tenéis una prueba hoy.
Para hacerla debéis:
-Ir a Google Drive.
-Abrir la carpeta donde siempre subís vuestras tareas de inglés, la que compartí con vuestro nombre.
  Allí tenéis el enlace a las tres partes de la prueba. Tenéis que completarlas online. Cuando acabéis la primera parte, la tenéis que compartir conmigo como siempre lo hacéis. Una vez compartida, empezáis la siguiente. Así hasta que acabéis las tres partes.
Disponéis de 1 hora, de 10:00 a 11:00 (la prueba es más corta de lo que pensé en un principio). No aceptaré ninguna prueba que llegue después de las 11:00.

Si alguien tiene problemas, que me escriba. Suerte!!

  • TENÉIS QUE DESCRIBIR UN ANIMAL DE LOS QUE APARECEN EN LAS PÁGINAS 74 O 78 DEL LIBRO, CONTESTANDO A LAS PREGUNTAS DEL EJERCICIO 10 DE LA PÁGINA 79 DEL STUDENT'S BOOK:

 What type of animal is it? (mammal, reptile, insect, amphibian, bird, fish; carnivore, herbivore, omnivore)
   -How big is it? (Use comparatives to describe the animal: It's bigger than..., It's not as big as..., It's is less ...than...)
   -What does it look like? (Use vocabulary: parts of an animal , adjectives
   -Where does it live? (Use vocabulary: habitats)

   -What does it eat? (It is carnivore, herbivore, omnivore; It eats...)

-SOLO ME PODÉIS DECIR A MÍ EL NOMBRE DEL ANIMAL, ASÍ QUE NO PODÉIS INCLUIR SU NOMBRE CUANDO LO DESCRIBÁIS.

  • RESUMEN DE LOS PASOS QUE DEBES SEGUIR:

-ESCRIBE LA DESCRIPCIÓN DEL ANIMAL, INCLUYENDO LAS PARTES QUE OS INDICO.
-REPASA LOS ERRORES.
-LÉELO VARIAS VECES EN VOZ ALTA PARA QUE, AL GRABARTE, TE SALGA BIEN.
-HAZ CON EL MÓVIL UNA GRABACIÓN DE AUDIO CON EL MÓVIL (la grabadora que todos los móviles tienen)
-MÁNDAME LA GRABACIÓN DE AUDIO POR CORREO ELECTRÓNICO; EN TU CORREO, ESCRIBE DE QUÉ ANIMAL SE TRATA.
-When?   Para viernes por la mañana, 11:30, como muy tarde.
  • LA PRÓXIMA SEMANA, TODOS ESCUCHARÉIS LAS DESCRIPCIONES DE  LOS DEMÁS COMPAÑEROS ¡QUIEN AVERIGÜE EL MAYOR NÚMERO DE ANIMALES, GANA!

a. Think of an animal (choose one of the animals on page 74 exercise 3  or  page 78 exercise 1)
b. Write about the animal (do not say what animal you are writing aboutonly the teacher can know, so you must tell me when you send me your recording). 
   Include the following information:
  What type of animal is it? (mammal, reptile, insect, amphibian, bird, fish; carnivore, herbivore, omnivore)

-Write a list of adjectives from exercise 1 (words in blue) that describe animals and translate them into Spanish.
-Copy the 2 texts in your notebook and choose the correct adjectives.
.Complete exercises 2 and 3 in your notebook. (Copy the exercises)

   b. Open your workbook on page 48 and complete exercises 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

   c. Open your Student's Book on page 79. Copy the questions in exercise 10. Answer those questions with the answers (a-h) Write as many answers as possible.
